Like most diets these days, we try
to eat lots of
fresh fruit and veggies and whole grains. And you also get to have a
treat of your choice every day too.
Its important
to eat the foods that you want because your choices reflect your biochemistry.
Have you ever tried to avoid a food, and eaten something "healthy"
instead, only to go back later and eat the thing you initially wanted?
Its best to eat what you want!
But what about those cravings?
Well,
unfortunately processed refined foods, such as
refined breads and
desserts filled with sugar do actually physically make us crave
them, so we all must cheat amd we have a way -- we call it
"enlightened" cheating.
And what about our emotions? – This where we are very different. We accept that since our hormones essentially "insist" on a physiological “feel good, happy, loving” state, if we cant get there through our relationships, or good sex, or through our achievements -- We’ll do it through Food! So, our focus is to try to keep your biochemistry steady so that you create a good mood in your cells and we'll work with you through yoga, meditation, extremely satisfying eating and good spirit!
