How can we generate good feelings? If we have to depend on people and events outside of ourselves, we will always be at the mercy of others, and others are not always kind!! Instead, we can create a state of goodness that lives in our cells - from the very root of our experience of "I" - there can be an oasis, a place of peace, that fills us with a love that needs no outside nourishment, but rather, gives us a feeling of compassion and abundance to share with others.
